Bitter cold and below zero wind chills to end 2017

Wind chills make Boston temperatures feel below zero
Tomorrow night: Mostly clear. Under these conditions frostbite can develop on exposed skin in less than 30 minutes, so individuals planning on outdoor activities or caught in the outdoors during this time will need warm clothing and protection for their hands and face. Actual temperatures tonight will be near -10, but our wind chills will be around -15 to -30.
WIND CHILL WARNING/ADVISORY is in effect late tonight through Tuesday morning. Wind chills of -30 to -40 will return that night. Expect wind chills to range from 5 below zero to 10 below zero tonight and 10 below zero to near 20 below zero Sunday night.
The coldest wind chills will arrive Sunday night and will continue throughout the morning hours on Monday. Make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
It's been an unseasonably cold but also a mostly dry pattern since Christmas Day, but snow lovers finally got a little snow to enjoy on Saturday.
Sunday: Mostly sunny. Wind chills from -10 to -20.
Partly cloudy and very cold with a stray evening flurry. Not only a record cold morning, but a record cold high temperature as well. Skies will be mostly sunny on Monday for New Year's Day, but that sunshine will be ineffective and have no luck warming us up, as high temperatures again barely make it to 20 degrees. That'll be short lived, however, because Wednesday another push of cold air moves in sending us close to double digits below zero.
Tuesday: Sunny, high near 13.
Fri: High: 35 Low: 15 Sunny. Hang in there, for a long stretch of incessant cold continues indefinitely.
