Trump: Let's Have A Contest Over Which Network Wins The 'FAKE NEWS TROPHY'

Hope Donald Trump has ice handy, because he just got burned by CNN

President Donald Trump proposed on Monday that there should be a contest between news networks where the victor would receive a "fake news trophy".

Left out of his challenge: Fox News, the network most likely to have favorable news coverage of his administration.

We all know how Donald Trump likes to bash his "enemies" on Twitter, and the CNN network is no exception.

Donald Trump can't stop getting dunked on by news organizations.

In a separate tweet on Monday, he mocked the ratings for the MSNBC show "Morning Joe", and in tweets on Sunday, he complained about CNN International. "Scary if that's our new normal", John E. McLaughlin, a former deputy director and acting director of the C.I.A., wrote in a Twitter post on Saturday. "Trump drew criticism when he tweeted out a fake video of himself taking down CNN back in July with the hashtag "#FraudNewsCNN".

Since Trump assumed the office, USA media, including CNN, have accused the United States president's team of having alleged ties to the Kremlin.

CNN's communications team responded to Trump by tweeting, "It's not CNN's job to represent the U.S.to the world".

"The outside world does not see the truth about them", he said. Since the tape's publication, Trump has been accused of sexual assault by several women, NY magazine reports.

Ward also discussed the timing of the president's tweet, which came just hours after it was reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin had signed into law a measure that would force foreign media outlets to register as foreign agents. Trump tweeted Monday morning.

"The Tax Cut Bill is tagging along exceptionally well, incredible help", Trump composed.
