Ben Kibler, Medical Director of the Shoulder Center of Kentucky at the Lexington Clinic concluded with the diagnosis of soreness and scapular muscle imbalance in his right shoulder. I kept wondering how they knew three games would heal a shoulder when they weren't completely sure what the problem was.

Fultz had difficulty shooting this season and will be re-diagnosed by doctors three weeks from now. This is potentially really bad for The Process.

The team said Fultz saw multiple shoulder specialist, including Dr. He will continue to undergo physiotherapy treatment.

PHILADELPHIA - The 76ers find themselves involved in another injury controversy with a first...

Fultz has been hampered by his shoulder all season. There did appear to be a hitch in his shot during preseason games, but Fultz has never been a spectacular shooter. There was also confusion when Fultz's agent mixed up whether Fultz had fluid drained or added to his shoulder, and when exactly that happened.

His shot didn't look the same as it did during the summer or at the University of Washington last season.

This injury would mark the third straight year, a highly drafted 76er player would miss significant time on the court.

The best thing for Fultz would be to stop playing until he's fully healthy. Joel Embiid missed his first two seasons due to various foot and knee injuries. Philadelphia felt Fultz, with his outside shooting ability, was the ideal player to pair with Simons in the backcourt.
